CHECK-IN

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: a sheet and lining for each bed, blanket or bedspread, pillows and a towel for each guest. (If you are interested in replacements, they will be charged separately. Contact us)
You will find on site: soaps, face towels, bathroom floor tiles, toilet paper, sponge. (Replacement of these is the guest's responsibility)
The guest will receive the property clean for check-in. Regardless of the number of days, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please contact us)

IMPORTANT NOTES
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.
- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediments to check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

Prime location on Estrada do Coco, 25 minutes from Salvador Airport, 7 minutes from Arembepe Beach and 30 minutes from Praia do Forte. The ideal place to disconnect and experience nature up close.
A car is recommended for getting around the region.
As it is an isolated region close to the beach, using a car makes it easier to get to other beaches and shops.
The Praia dos Lagos condominium is a true paradise, with complete infrastructure between a lagoon and the sea (a practically deserted and private beach). It has a tennis court, sand court, playground and 24-hour security.
It is located between the Interlagos Condominium and Arembepe Beach (7 minutes). It is 15 minutes to Guarajuba, 30 minutes to Praia do Forte, and 25 minutes to Salvador Airport.
Occasionally, it offers acarajé baiana (a traditional acarajé) inside the condominium.

• We provide 3 parking spaces at the entrance of the house.
• Visitors and people not listed in the reservation are prohibited.
• We ask that the trash be removed daily to prevent insects from entering the property. The trash is collected in front of the house approximately 3 times a week on different days.
• No solid waste may be flushed down the toilet (including toilet paper). We ask that you use the trash can provided. Otherwise, the toilet may clog and we will charge R$150 to unclog it.
• The condominium prohibits drying clothes and towels in common areas or hanging them on windows.
• Please do not take the towels provided to the beach or use them as bath mats. We will charge you for replacement.
• Please do not use the towels to wipe off makeup. If they are stained, we will charge R$30 per towel.
