- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative departments are normally open on business days, from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to guests, difficulties or impediments to check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- We provide guests with an allowance of 18 kWh of energy per day. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge the excess after check-out.
