The property will be prepared with a basic linen kit: one sheet and mattress cover for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you wish to request additional linen, there will be an extra charge. Please consult us)

You will find at the location: soaps, face towel, bath mat, toilet paper, sponge. (The replenishment of these items is the guest's responsibility)

The guest will receive the property cleaned for check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleanings, as our daily rates are discounted based on the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please consult us)


PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

- Loud music is not allowed (the building is residential and family oriented. It is essential to maintain quiet, especially at night)
- Parties and events are prohibited
- No visitors or people not listed in the reservation are allowed
- No PETS allowed

IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, and spices, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification documents at least 2 business days before check-in. Usually, administrative sectors operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5pm. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or denial of check-in.

- Any change in the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- Guests are provided with an energy allowance of 10kWh per day. If you use the electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be exceeded, but if it is, the excess will be charged after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kWh. In the area above the kitchen counter, there is a separate meter where guests can track their consumption.
