IMPORTANT NOTES

- The property will be cleaned for guests upon check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Contact us)

- Glass, crockery and sound equipment are not permitted in the pool area (it is closed on Mondays for maintenance, and the day may be changed at the discretion of the building management).

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediments to check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

ENERGY FEE CHARGED EXTRA:

- We charge R$15.00 per day in advance for energy fees;

- The amount will be multiplied by the number of nights booked and paid by the guest at the time of check-in;

- The meter reading will be recorded upon arrival and upon departure, consumption will be calculated according to the local rate (R$1 per kWh);

- The difference or excess amount consumed by the guest will be refunded at the time of check-out.
