CHECK-IN

BEEHOST PROVIDES FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be available with a basic linen kit: one sheet and mattress cover for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel for each guest. (If you are interested in replacements, an additional fee will apply. Contact us)

You will find at the property: soaps, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, and a sponge. (These items are to be replaced by guests as needed)

The guest will receive the property cleaned for check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleanings, as our nightly rates are discounted according to the number of reserved days. (If you would like extra cleaning, there will be an additional charge. Contact us)


PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

- Loud music is not allowed (the building is residential and family-oriented. It is essential to maintain silence, especially at night)
- Parties and events are not allowed
- Visitors and people not listed in the reservation are not allowed
- PETS are not allowed


IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification documents at least 2 business days before check-in. In general, administrative offices operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we request documents in advance to avoid any inconvenience, issues, or prevention of check-in.

- Changes to the number of guests may be subject to an extra charge.

- Guests are provided with a daily energy allowance of 10kwh. When using electrical appliances responsibly, this limit will not be exceeded; however, if you surpass it, the excess will be charged after check-out. The rate is RS1.20 per kwh. In the kitchen area above the counter, there is an independent meter where guests can monitor their consumption.
