IMPORTANT NOTES

- It has 1 uncovered parking space in the condominium for up to medium-sized cars

- The pool does not operate on Mondays, which are maintenance days

- Allows 1 small PET. Pets are not allowed to climb onto beds and sofas. In common areas of the condominium, the pet must always be accompanied, on a leash and have its feces collected. Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee and seasonings, as they are food items for personal use.

- All guests must send their ID at least 2 business days before check-in. Normally the administrative sectors operate on working days, from Monday to Friday until 5pm. That's why we ask in advance to avoid causing inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediment to check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- Glass and porcelain are not permitted in the pool area.

- We provide guests with a franchise of 15kwh of energy per day. By using the electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be limited, but in case of overrun we will charge or exceed after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kwh.
