IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are usually open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediments to check-in.

- We provide guests with a daily energy allowance of 20 kWh. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if you exceed it, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

- Glass and porcelain are not permitted in the pool area.
