Upstairs there are two suites with air conditioning and a hallway with a minibar. The ground floor consists of a garden with tables and chairs, a living room with air conditioning, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a backyard with a washing machine. The condominium has a sports court, swimming pool, playground, 24-hour security and a garage.

CHECK-IN

- All guests are required to provide identification documents to allow access to the property

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: a sheet and lining for each bed, blanket or bedspread, pillows and a towel for each guest. (If you are interested in replacements, they will be charged separately. Contact us)

You will find on site: soaps, face towels, bathroom floor tiles, toilet paper, sponge. (Replacement of these is the guest's responsibility)

The guest will receive the property clean for check-in. Regardless of the number of days, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please contact us)

LOCATION RESTRICTIONS

- Pets are not allowed

- Loud music is prohibited

- Parties and events are prohibited

- Visitors and people not listed on the reservation are prohibited

IMPORTANT NOTES

- There is 1 parking space in the condominium

- There is an attic upstairs that is locked (not for guest use).

- The pool is closed on Mondays, which are maintenance days

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are usually open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediments to check-in.

- We provide guests with a daily energy allowance of 20 kWh. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if you exceed it, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

- Glass and porcelain are not permitted in the pool area.
