CHECK-IN
- All guests are required to provide identification to gain access to the property.
PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

- Visitors and people not listed in the reservation are prohibited
- It is forbidden to place clothes, rugs or similar items on windows and balconies
IMPORTANT NOTES
- The property will be cleaned upon check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, this will be charged separately. Please contact us)
- A basic linen kit is provided. One sheet and cover for each bed, pillows and a towel for each guest. We also provide utensils, pans and basic kitchen items, toilet paper, soap and cleaning supplies. Since this is a vacation rental home, we do not offer a replacement service.
- Glassware, crockery and sound equipment are not permitted in the pool area (closed on Mondays for maintenance, and the day may be changed at the discretion of the building management).
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.
- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are usually open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance check-in to avoid inconveniences for the guest, difficulties or impediments to check-in.
ENERGY FEE CHARGED EXTRA (from 5 days):
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.
ENERGY CHARGED ACCORDING TO CONSUMPTION FOR BOOKINGS FROM 5 DAYS ONWARDS, at a rate of R$1.20 per kW.
- The meter reading will be recorded upon arrival and upon departure, consumption will be calculated according to the local rate (R$1.20 per kWh);
We are available to help at any time during your stay. All guests will need to provide identification documents to gain access to the condominium, as well as their vehicle's license plate number. Visitors are not allowed.
