Beautiful, well-decorated apartment with sea views on Armação Beach. Located on the first floor of a simple building with no elevator and a garage. Just cross the street and you'll be at a beautiful beach with a bike path. The apartment is super comfortable, with a double bed, a double sofa bed (see photos), split air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, a hairdryer, and an iron.
Perfectly located in the Corsário building, you can walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, bakery, and pharmacy.

CHECK-IN
- Identification is required from all guests to grant access to the property.
BEEHOST PROVIDES THIS FOR YOUR ARRIVAL
The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: a sheet and liner for each bed, a blanket or bedspread, pillows, and a towel for each guest. (Replacement fees will be charged separately. Please contact us.)
You will find on-site: soap, face towels, bathroom floor mats, toilet paper, and a sponge. (Replacement fees are the guest's responsibility.)
Guests will receive a clean property upon check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleanings, as our rates are discounted based on the number of days booked. (If you require additional cleaning, a separate charge will be applied. Please contact us.)

IMPORTANT NOTES
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are personal food items.
- All guests must submit their identification at least two business days before check-in. Administrative areas are typically open on weekdays, Monday through Friday, until 5 p.m. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or impediments to check-in for guests.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.
- We provide guests with a 10 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be exceeded, but if exceeded, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kWh.

• PETS are not allowed.
• We ask that garbage be removed daily to avoid insects in the area.
• No solid waste can be flushed down the toilet (including toilet paper), please use the bin provided. Otherwise, the toilet could clog and we charge BRL 150 to unclog it.
• The condominium prohibits drying clothes and towels in common areas
• Please do not take the provided towels to the beach or use them as bath mats, we will charge you for replacement.
• Please do not use towels to clean makeup. If they are stained, we will charge BRL 30 per towel.
