IMPORTANT NOTES
- The property will be cleaned for guests upon check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Contact us)
- A basic linen kit is provided. One sheet and cover for each bed, pillows and a towel for each guest. We also provide utensils, pans and basic kitchen items, toilet paper, soap and cleaning supplies. Since this is a vacation rental home, we do not offer a replacement service.
- Glass, crockery and sound equipment are not permitted in the pool area (it closes on Mondays for maintenance, and the day may be changed at the discretion of the building management).
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee and seasonings, as these are food items for personal use.
- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. For this reason, we ask for advance booking to avoid inconveniences for the guest, difficulties or impediments to check-in.
- Any change in the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.
ELECTRICITY FEE CHARGED EXTRA:
- We charge R$20.00 per day in advance for the energy fee;
- The amount will be multiplied by the number of nights booked and paid by the guest at the time of check-in;
- The meter reading will be recorded upon arrival and upon departure, consumption will be calculated according to the local rate (R$1,20 per kWh);
- The difference in the amount consumed by the guest will be refunded or the excess will be charged at the time of check-out.
We are available to help at any time during your stay. All guests will need to provide identification documents to gain access to the condominium, as well as their vehicle's license plate number. Visitors are not allowed.
