Guests will receive a clean property upon check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleanings, as our daily rates are discounted based on the number of days booked. (If you require additional cleaning, this will be charged separately. Please contact us.)

IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must submit their identification at least two business days before check-in. Administrative areas are normally open weekdays, Monday through Friday, until 5:00 p.m. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or impediments to check-in.

- Changes in the number of guests are subject to an additional charge.

- We provide guests with a 10 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption limit will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kWh.

• The condominium prohibits drying clothes and towels in common areas or hanging them on the balcony or windows.

• Please do not take the towels provided to the beach or use them as bath mats. We will charge you the cost of replacing them.

• Please do not use the towels to wipe off makeup. If they are stained, we will charge R$30 per towel.
