TRASH DISPOSAL - The condominium does not collect trash at the unit entrances. Trash containers are provided on each level of the condominium's garages.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must submit their identification at least two business days prior to check-in. Administrative offices are normally open weekdays, Monday through Friday, until 5:00 PM. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or impediments to check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

- We provide guests with a 10 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be exceeded, but if exceeded, we will charge you for the excess after check-out.

Neighborhood very popular with tourists and easy access to numerous services, bars and restaurants. The building is very close to the beach, Farol da Barra, Nautical Museum of Bahia, Christ and Carnival circuit and about 300m from Shopping Barra. The shore is excellent for sports, with retention of the flow of cars, and the sea is conducive to surfing, stand up paddle, canoeing. Porto da Barra beach is another postcard of Salvador frequented by lovers and artists.

Very easy to get around the area. Quick access to buses, taxis and ubers.
