CHECK-IN

- Identification documents are required from all guests to grant access to the property.

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: one sheet and fitted sheet for each bed, blanket, pillows and one towel for each guest. (If you are interested in replacements, an extra charge will apply. Please contact us)

You will find on site: soaps, face towel, bath mat, toilet paper, sponge. (Replenishment of these items is the responsibility of the guest)

The guest will receive the property clean for check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleaning services, as our daily rates receive discounts according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, an additional charge will apply. Please contact us.)

LOCATION RESTRICTIONS

- Loud music is prohibited.

- Parties and events are prohibited.

- Visitors and people not included in the reservation are prohibited.

- Pets are prohibited.

- The barbecue grill is not available for guests.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Guests must comply with the Internal Regulations and rules for the use of common areas.

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, and spices, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative departments usually operate from Monday to Friday until 5 PM. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest or any difficulties with check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- We provide guests with a 10 kWh electricity allowance per day. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be exceeded, but if it is exceeded, we will charge the excess after check-out at a rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
