IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or spices, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative departments usually operate on weekdays, Monday to Friday until 5 PM. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or check-in impediments for the guest.

- Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

- The apartment does not have a garage. There is private parking available for a separate fee in the building.

- We provide guests with a 10 kWh daily energy allowance. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption limit will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
