- Identification documents are required from all guests to grant access to the property

The property will be prepared with a basic linen kit: one sheet and mattress cover for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you would like a replacement set, it will be charged separately. Please contact us for details.)

You will find at the property: soaps, hand towel, bathroom floor mat, toilet paper, and sponge. (Replacing these items is the guest’s responsibility.)

The guest will receive the property clean for check-in. Regardless of the number of nights booked, we do not offer free cleaning services, as our nightly rates are discounted based on the length of stay. PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

- Loud music is not allowed

- Parties and events are not permitted

- Visitors and any individuals not included in the reservation are not allowed

- Only 1 small pet is allowed per reservation.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glassware, crockery, and music are not allowed in the pool area. The pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance, though this day may be changed at the discretion of building management.

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or spices, as these are considered personal food items.

- All guests must submit their identification documents at least 2 business days prior to check-in. Administrative departments typically operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5:00 pm. Therefore, we request this information in advance to avoid inconvenience, complications, or denial of check-in.

- Changes to the number of guests may result in an extra charge.

- The parking space accommodates only small passenger vehicles.

- Guests are provided with a daily allowance of 10kWh of electricity. With mindful use of electrical appliances, this limit should not be exceeded. If usage exceeds this allowance, the additional amount will be charged after check-out at a rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
