The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: one sheet and fitted sheet for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel for each guest. (If you are interested in replacements, they will be charged separately. Please consult us.)

You will find on site: soap, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, sponge, and cleaning items. (Replenishment of these is the guest's responsibility.)

The guest will receive a clean property for check-in. Regardless of the number of days, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates receive discounts according to the number of days booked. (Extra cleaning will be charged separately if desired. Please consult us.)

PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

- No loud music

- No parties or events

- No smoking

- No pets

- No visitors or people not listed on the reservation.

- Due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall during the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and cannot be used by the guest.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or spices, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative departments typically operate on weekdays, Monday to Friday until 5 PM. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or check-in impediments for the guest.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- We provide guests with a daily energy allowance of 30 kWh. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
