CHECK-IN

- Identification documents are required for all guests in order to grant access to the property. This will be checked at reception at the time of check-in.


BEEHOST PROVIDES FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be prepared with a basic linen kit: one sheet and cover for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you wish to have these replaced, an additional fee will be charged. Please contact us for details.)

You will find at the property: soaps, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, sponge. (Replacement of these items is the guest’s responsibility.)

The property will be delivered clean for check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleaning services, as our daily rates are discounted according to the length of stay. (If you would like extra cleaning, this is available for an additional charge. Please contact us for more information.)


HOUSE RULES

- The barbecue area is not available for guest use.


IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glass, dishware, and speakers are not allowed in the pool area. The pool is closed for maintenance on Mondays. This schedule may be changed at the building management’s discretion.

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification documents at least two business days before check-in. Administrative departments generally operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5 p.m. For this reason, we ask for your cooperation in advance to avoid any inconvenience, difficulties, or check-in obstacles.

- Changing the number of guests may result in an extra charge.

- Guests are allocated a daily allowance of 10kwh of electricity. With conscious usage of electrical appliances, this limit should not be exceeded; however, if it is, the excess will be charged after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kwh.
