CHECK-IN

- Identification documents for all guests are required for access to the property; this will be checked at reception upon check-in.

BEEHOST PROVIDES FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be prepared with a basic linen kit: one sheet and cover for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you wish for replacements, these will be charged separately. Please contact us for more information.)

You will find at the property: soap, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, and sponge. (Replacement of these items is the guest's responsibility.)

The guest will receive the property clean at check-in. Regardless of the length of stay, we do not offer free cleaning services, as our daily rates include discounts based on the number of reserved days. (If you want extra cleaning, this will be charged separately. Please contact us for details.)

PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

- Loud music is not allowed

- Parties and events are not allowed

- Visitors and people not listed on the reservation are not allowed

- PETS are not allowed

- The barbecue area is not available for guest use.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glass, dishes, and music are not allowed in the pool area, which is closed on Mondays for maintenance; the day may be changed at the discretion of the building management. (Currently, the pool and gym are closed, so they are not listed in the ad.)

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or spices, as these are considered personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification documents at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative offices usually operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5 p.m. Therefore, we request information in advance to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or any issues at check-in.

- Changing the number of guests may incur an extra charge.

- Guests are allotted 10kwh of electricity per day. When using electrical devices responsibly, this limit should not be exceeded. If the usage goes over the limit, additional charges will apply after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kwh.
