CHECK-IN

- Identification will be required for all guests for access to the property, and will be checked at reception during check-in.

BEEHOST PROVIDES FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be prepared with a basic linen kit: one sheet and mattress cover per bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you would like replacements, there will be an extra charge. Please contact us.)

You will find at the property: soap, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, and a sponge. (Replenishing these items is the guest’s responsibility.)

The property will be clean for check-in. Regardless of the length of stay, we do not provide free cleaning services, as our daily rates are discounted based on the number of days booked. (If you would like extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please contact us.)

PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

- Loud music is not allowed

- Parties and events are not permitted

- No visitors or unregistered guests

- No pets allowed

- The barbecue grill is not available for guest use.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glass, dishes, and music are not permitted in the pool area, which is closed on Mondays for maintenance. The day may be changed at the building administration’s discretion. (Currently, the pool and gym are closed, so they are not included in the listing.)

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must submit their identification at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative teams usually work on business days, Monday to Friday until 5:00 PM. Please send documents in advance to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or check-in denial.

- Any change in the number of guests may incur an extra fee.

- Guests have a 10kWh energy allowance per day. With conscious appliance use, this should be sufficient. If exceeded, extra usage will be charged after check-out. Rate is R$1.20 per kWh.

Very easy to get around in the area! The bus stop is very close and there is a constant flow of taxis and ride-sharing services.
