Some important instructions for your stay:

CHECK-IN

- It is essential to send a photo of the document of all guests 3 business days in advance to authorize access to the condominium. The administrative sector is open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 3 pm. For this reason, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconveniences to the guest, difficulties or impediments to check-in.

- In order to access the garage, we need to send the car information, including license plate, 3 business days in advance to allow access to the location.

- All guests must wear an identification bracelet. If the bracelet breaks or gets damaged, the guest will have to pay R$10.00 for a new bracelet.

- Check-in must be between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm.

BEEHOST PROVIDES THESE ITEMS FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: one sheet and bed linen, blanket or bedspread, pillows and one towel for each guest. (If you are interested in replacements, they will be charged separately. Contact us)

You will find on site: soaps, face towels, bathroom floor tiles, toilet paper, sponge. (The guest is responsible for replacing these items)

The guest will receive a clean property upon check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, this will be charged separately. Please contact us)

LOCATION RESTRICTIONS

- Loud music is prohibited

- Parties and events are prohibited

- Visitors and people not listed on the reservation are prohibited

- PETS are prohibited

- Smoking is prohibited inside the property

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Under no circumstances will it be possible to change the guest list after it has been received, as the condominium does not accept changes. Visitors and extra people are also not permitted on the reservation.

- The pool area is open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm and is closed on Mondays for maintenance. The day may be changed at the discretion of the building management and without prior notice. There are signs in the pool area with the rules for use, and guests must observe and follow the rules, subject to fines if they fail to comply.

- Glass, crockery, sharp objects and the use of barbecues are not permitted in the entire pool area (inside and outside). Balls, sports games or any use that causes disturbance to other users are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted. No sound is permitted.

- Food and drinks are not permitted inside the pool or on its edge.

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 3 business days before check-in. Changing the number of guests is not permitted under any circumstances.

- Changing the number of guests is not permitted.

- We provide guests with an allowance of 18 kWh of energy per day. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
