Some important instructions for your stay:

CHECK-IN

- It is essential to send a photo of the ID of all guests 3 business days in advance for authorization of access to the condominium. The administrative department is open on business days, from Monday to Friday until 3 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance check-in to avoid inconveniences for the guest, difficulties or impediments to check-in.

- All guests are required to wear an identification bracelet. If the bracelet breaks or gets damaged, the guest will have to pay R$10.00 for a new bracelet.
- Checkin must be carried out between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm


BEEHOST WILL PROVIDE THEM FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: one sheet and bed linen, blanket or bedspread, pillows and one towel for each guest. (If you are interested in replacements, they will be charged separately. Contact us)

You will find on site: soaps, face towels, bathroom floor tiles, toilet paper, sponge. (Replacement of these is the guest's responsibility)

The guest will receive the property clean for check-in. Regardless of the number of days, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please contact us)

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glass, crockery and sound systems are not permitted in the pool area, which is closed on Mondays for maintenance, and the day may be changed at the discretion of the building management

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 3 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediments to check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- We provide guests with an allowance of 18 kWh of energy per day. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if you exceed it, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
