• It is important that children are not left unsupervised in common areas. There is no fence around the pool or parking and there is no lock on the gate leading to the beach.
• We ask that garbage be removed daily to avoid insects in the area. The common garbage is located next to the entrance gate (with recycling garbage separation).
• It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment or in the common areas of the condominium.
• PETS are not allowed.
• No solid waste can be flushed down the toilet (including toilet paper), please use the bin provided. Otherwise, the toilet quickly blocks and we charge BRL 150 to unclog it.
• In this property we carry out the self check-in (check-in after 3:00 pm and check-out until 11:00 am), picking up the keys at the condominium entrance.
• The condo prohibits drying clothes and towels in common areas, so we provide a floor clothesline for you to use in the service area upstairs.
• Please do not take the provided towels to the beach or use them as bath mats
• Please do not use towels to clean makeup. If they are stained, we will charge BRL 30 per towel.
