There are two double beds and two single trundle beds, a living room with TV (local channels), Wi-Fi, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with electric shower, and a service bathroom with shower.

- Only 1 small PET allowed per stay

You will find at the property: soaps, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, sponge, and cleaning items. (Replenishing these is the guest’s responsibility.)

The guest will receive the property cleaned for check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleaning, as our rates are discounted based on the number of booked days. (If you require extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please contact us)


PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

- Loud music is not allowed
- Parties and events are not allowed
- Visitors and people not listed on the reservation are not allowed
- Only 1 small PET per booking is allowed

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or spices, as these are considered personal food items.

- All guests must send their ID at least 2 business days before check-in. Usually, administrative departments work on business days, Monday to Friday until 5 p.m. Therefore, we ask for your cooperation in submitting documents ahead of time to avoid any inconveniences or difficulty with check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.
