Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning (one with a balcony), a bathroom with doors to both the hallway and one bedroom. The ground floor includes a garden with tables and chairs, living and dining rooms, kitchen, bathroom, backyard with washing machine. The community has a sports court, pool, playground, and 24h security.

- BATHROOM with sink, shower enclosure, electric shower. It has one door to the hallway and another to the bedroom with a balcony.

- BEDROOM WITH BALCONY (3 people): double bed, single bed, wardrobe, split air conditioning, ceiling fan, blackout curtain. Balcony with hammock.

- BEDROOM (2 people): 1 double bed, 2 chairs, wardrobe, split air conditioning, ceiling fan, blackout curtain, work desk with chair, clothes rack.

CHECK-IN

- Identification documents are required for all guests to grant access to the property

BEEHOST PROVIDES FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be provided with the basic linen kit: one sheet and mattress cover for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you wish for replacement, it will be charged separately. Please contact us)

You will find at the property: soaps, face towel, bath mat, toilet paper, and sponge. (Restocking these items is the guest's responsibility)

The guest will receive the property clean at check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer complimentary cleanings, as our rates are discounted based on the length of stay. (If you would like extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please contact us)

PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

- No pets allowed

- Loud music is not allowed

- Parties and events are not allowed

- No visitors or people not included on the reservation

IMPORTANT NOTES

- There is one parking spot in the condominium

- The pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance

- Oil, salt, sugar, coffee, and seasonings are not provided, as they are considered personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification documents at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative offices usually operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5:00 pm. We ask for advance notice to avoid inconveniences, difficulties, or inability to check in.

- Guests have a daily allowance of 20kwh of electricity. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this limit should not be exceeded; however, if it is surpassed, the excess will be charged after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kwh.

- Changes to the number of guests may incur additional charges.

- Glass and porcelainware are not permitted in the pool area.
